1. 90-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original condition.
- Be unused and free from damage caused by misuse.
- Include all original accessories and packaging whenever reasonably possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (including defective, damaged, or incorrect products), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Calmaria™ cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photographs of the item and its packaging to evaluate the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
